This year we are pleased to announce for the first time the Greymouth Motorcycle Street Race has been recognized as a premier event here on the West Coast and for this reason Development West Coast Tourism will be promoting this event throughout their destination advertising for the West Coast. As premier sponsorship all the marketing done by Development  West Coast Tourism will feature the naming rights you have secured which will increase your presence and the reach.

  • Naming rights “Mitre 10 Greymouth Motorcycle Street Races”

  • Prime brand positioning throughout our website "www.greymouthmotorcyclestreetrace.co.nz" 

  • Radio Plan – A promotion of 60, 30 second individual radio ad's to your brand and chosen race class, will be run across South Island NZME radio stations including our own Greymouth Hauraki and Gold FM. With your companies naming rights, you will be identified as the Premier Sponsor of this event.

  • Print media campaign advertising the event, this will be in both Christchurch Press and Christchurch Star.

  • Through social media there will be sponsored posts boosted for the event giving you further exposure.

  • Our Facebook page will have images that reflect your naming and premier sponsorship participation.

  • Greymouth i-SITE will share event related posts on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

  • Two months (Sept-Oct) Prime Large Digital Advertising Screen inside the Greymouth i-SITE Railway Station where entry tickets will be sold to the public.

  • Posters with your logo included

PREMIER SPONSOR: RACE TRACK POSITIONING

  • Premier Sponsor will receive the rights to display their banner across the start/finish line.

  • Behind the prize giving stage your brand and sponsorship of the event as Premier will be identified. These images will also be carried throughout our post event marketing.

  • Brand placement on entry tickets - all public entrance including participants, riders, and pit crews will be given “Mitre 10 entry wristbands”

  • Race Day HQ Caravan - During the day, there will be regular announcements supporting our Premier and Gold Sponsors.

  • Merchandise given 2 x t-shirts

PREMIER SPONSOR: RACE GUIDE

  • Course sponsor street names,

  • The premier sponsors name will be proudly and largely positioned on the outside front cover of the race day guide of which there are 3500 printed.

  • You will be given sponsorship of the premier race “Formula 1” or your own chosen race class.

  • In the race guide your brand will be positioned opposite your sponsored race. You will receive a full-page advertisement for your own products and message.

  • Your logo will also be included in our sponsors page at the rear of the programme.

  • Full page centre fold street map, your logo will be shown in a prominent position along with your chosen street name.

  • Your logo and brand will be placed in the Thank You page at the rear of the programme.

PREMIER SPONSOR: USE OF OUR LOGO FOR ANY AUXILIARY ADVERTISING

  • For the period ending 30th April 2021 the premier sponsor will be able to use the GMSR logo acknowledging their generous sponsorship and community support.

  • The premier sponsor will receive 15 x FOC entry tickets to the event.
